Arthritis: Arthritis happens with
- Age: as we get older, we lose the collagen which holds up our skin and our skin starts to sag. The ligaments that surround our joints are also made up of collagen. As we lose collagen the ligaments that surround the hip joints get weaker: the joints stop tracking straight which makes them wear down, causing arthritis. You cannot get younger unless you discover the fountain of youth, but arthritis also happens when:
- Your legs are not straight (you have bowlegs or knock knees):

- If your foot leans in too much, flat foot, will cause knock knees and, you need an arch support.
– If your foot tilts out too much, you will have bowlegs: you need a lift under the outside of your heel.
